🌏 International Shipping:
We currently do not offer international shipping through our website.
If you’d like your order shipped overseas, please DM us on Instagram @hayaelement and we’ll assist you.
Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you’ll get a tracking number to follow your parcel every step of the way.

Return Conditions:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your HAYĀ pieces! Most full-priced items (excluding Hijabs, Caps, Pins, Hijab Rings, Scrunchies, and Accessories) can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.Items must be unworn and in their original condition, with all tags still attached.
SALE items aren’t eligible for refunds but can be exchanged or returned for store credit.
FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return or exchange.
If your item is faulty, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of delivery.
How to Return:

We’ll guide you through the return process.
Once received and inspected, we’ll process a refund or exchange.

Refunds:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
Exchanges:
If you’d like a different size or color, we’ll gladly exchange items (subject to stock availability).
